IN A NUTSHELL…
As our in-house Graphic Designer, you’ll serve as a key member of our small-but-agile marketing team by providing creative direction and production for numerous design projects. The Graphic Designer will work both independently and collaboratively to solve creative challenges involving all aspects of marketing assets and other materials as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assist in digital media production as needed
- Responsible for execution on a variety of print collateral, including but not limited to typography, layout, packaging, and production
- Report to internal design team and partner on all projects from concept to post-production
- Translate business and marketing objectives into tools that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
- Meet and partner with cross-divisional teams to gather all necessary information in order to execute project needs accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate and partner with Lead Designer & Lead Copywriter, state-specific Marketing teams, and other team members to develop design strategies and campaigns
- Continually help and maintain high creative standards in an energetic fast past environment
- Contribute and communicate ideas clearly and stay on schedule
- Ability to think creatively and critically - understand how to balance business objectives with user needs
- Think outside of the box yet put yourself in customers’ shoes
- Experience working and collaborating with other creatives. Ability to receive constructed feedback to achieve desired outcomes and a consistent visual language
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
Required
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an agency or in-house creative department.
- Must have an excellent eye for typography, layout, and branding.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Relevant experience in an agency or in-house marketing department.
- Excellent communication skills and experience talking through creative ideas in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities (both short-term and long-term) and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred
- Cannabis Industry and/or Retail design experience
- UX experience
- Understanding of the image retouching process
