We are expanding our in-house creative team at Koch global headquarters in Wichita, Kansas. Koch Communications Marketing is looking for a talented and highly collaborative graphic designer to join our team. A graphic designer brings creative concepts to life through various pieces of collateral in the print and digital space. A successful candidate must understand the importance of brand guidelines and apply customer focus for each of the Koch businesses we support.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Work within existing brand guidelines and designs to apply and diversify layouts for print collateral, video assets, digital assets for websites and social media channels
• Ensure consistency in designs and content across multiple touchpoints
• Assist in designing marketing materials that have high visual impact and help present our products, services and initiatives to our various audiences in a breakthrough way
• Willingness to work collaboratively with Art Directors and Copywriters to solve creative challenges

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience working as a graphic designer, either in agency or corporate environment
• Experience understanding and applying a creative strategy
• Experience working independently, and carrying projects through to completion
• Print production experience
• Experience with the Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and XD)
• Experience with Microsoft Office

What Will Put You Ahead

• A degree in graphic design or a related field
• Web design experience
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and the ability to apply creative layouts within the platform
• Knowledge of Wrike, or a similar project management tool
