Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Determine the client's needs, desired message and the design's appeal to customers or users. Be able to incorporate client feedback through a revision process.
  • Create design ideas and provide advice on layout, typefaces, colors and styles for advertisements, publications and presentations using innovative approaches to design devices, type treatments and spatial solutions. All while making design decisions that fall within a defined company brand.
  • Provide advanced implementation of the principles of typography, color and design.
  • Work with in-house and outside vendor services.
  • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring that pieces created throughout the company follow the companies established brand standards.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and be able to give updates/roadblocks to management.
  • Be self-reliant and require little to no direction to execute on design projects.
  • Be able to execute on design requests in a timely manner, sometimes in a short turnaround time

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
    • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Requires at least 5 years related experience.
    • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Being able to work and document within a project management software. Smartsheet experience is a plus.
    • Some skill in Adobe After Effects is preferred but not required.
