Graphic Design Recorder
Key Role:
Work on a dynamic team in a fast-paced client environment to develop compelling visual communications in support of technical Department of Defense initiatives. Translate conversations, documents, or presentations into text and digital graphics. Identify key ideas, synthesize them, and document them in visual form. Produce graphic designs and visuals for a variety of purposes, including client briefings and representations of stakeholder experiences. Work across teams and high-ranking personnel, building knowledge of diverse capabilities and components of the work, to tell stories visually.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with graphic design and recording in a professional work environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to think creatively, synthesize information, and communicate clearly
- Ability to work with Adobe Suite creative apps, including InDesign and Illustrator
- Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing design experience
- Ability to support client and team design needs on site and virtually
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with working on a large Navy or Department of Defense staff as active-duty military, civilian, or contractor
- Experience with using Microsoft PowerPoint to develop compelling communications products, including briefings, reports, fact sheets, and infographics
- Experience interacting with senior-level clients
- Experience with design thinking or human centered design
- Knowledge of Enterprise IT Transformation
Clearance:
