The work:

  • Deliver UX design solutions in a client-facing role for a variety of projects that include custom and/or digital platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, Appian, Dynamics)
  • Create clear Web and digital experiences for primarily government clients
  • Work directly with both external clients and internal, cross-functional teams on projects that range from a few weeks to a few months in length
  • Promote best practices in UI, UX, and interaction design

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients, including interactive wireframes, user flows, style guides, presentations or complex web and/or mobile prototypes.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Rapid prototyping tools like Invision, Axure, or Basalmiq.
  • Experience in conducting user interviews to drive discovery and presenting design prototypes to client stakeholders.
  • An online portfolio or samples of work showcasing great visuals and problem

Bonus points if:

  • Degree is a Design Focused program
  • 1-2 years of User Interface Design experience with digital platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, Appian, Dynamics or Tableau)
  • Industry certifications in business process, Agile, and CRM platforms.
  • 9+ samples of work

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $82,400 - $133,700

Colorado: $82,400 - $115,500

New York City: $95,400 - $133,700

Washington: $87,800 - $122,900
