Do you thrive working on a collaborative remote team? Servos is seeking a seasoned UI/UX designer to join our Experience Team in designing unique sites for ServiceNow customers across the country.

You Are
· A seasoned designer with at least two years of UI/UX design experience under your belt with a portfolio of recent UI designs that illustrates your processes of taking ideas from concept to completion
· An avid learner constantly looking to improve their work with the latest design and UX trends, principles, and best practices
· Willing to learn how the ServiceNow platform will affect the solutions you design
· Able to articulate design intent and behaviors to development teams
· Comfortable and experienced working directly with clients, stakeholders, and executives to identify design requirements, user journeys and ideal workflows through virtual and in-person workshops
· A collaborative team member able to take constructive feedback from clients and internal teams
· Experienced working in Adobe XD, Figma, or other prototyping software
· An adventurer willing to travel up to 20% of the time
· As a bonus:
- Familiar with front-end development practices that bring your designs to life, including use of Bootstrap, SCSS, HTML and CSS
- Comfortable and able to present and pitch proposed designs to clients
What You’ll Do
· Work as a member of our Customer Experience team to create user experiences that solve real-world problems, follow client brand standards, and contribute to the expansion of our developed service offerings
· Collaborate with the developers on our Delivery team to provide them with the guidance they need to build dynamic, configurable site components, including style guides, state changes, and detailed mockups
· Participate in client workshops to gather design requirements
· Participate in testing and deployment activities to ensure the design integrity of built products
· Assist with maintaining overall brand consistency across the organization through creation of marketing assets, internal brand awareness, and more
