Position Overview

As an Experience Designer within PNC's Digital organization, you will be based Remotely.
The Experience Designer will work to help grow and evolve the PNC Mobile App within PNC Mobile team. The designer will coordinate / collaborate with Digital Product Owners, the PNC Mobile App design team, and the agile development teams. The role of an Experience Design will help redesign and create new features that will be instrumental to growth of PNC and the PNC Mobile app roadmap. Helping reshape and re-envisioning the Mobile app to work towards the future of Mobile banking.
Minimum qualifications include:
• Experience with Sketch
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Rapid Prototyping
• Working with Design Systems
• Experience working within native app or web design environments
• Presenting design ideas to stakeholders and team members for feedback
• 2+ years experience within the digital design industry
• A digital portfolio with mobile app design and or web design samples
Job Description
- Supports the transformation of tasks into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs through the entire experience lifecycle, from the first-time user to the expert.
- Identifies and discovers customer and business needs through contextual inquiries, and generative and quantitative research, and identify solutions to meet those needs. Makes decisions of significant customer impact from wide array of possibilities, not limited to the Banking Industry.
- Executes visual, information, interaction, and service design elements of the initiative that meets business and customer needs and delights customers. Communicates the initiative and product to others (Team Members) through user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, wireframes, and other materials.
- Gauges the usability of new and existing products, and make constructive suggestions for change.
- Conducts research studies and present findings that will inform improvements in the customer experience.

COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $45,000.00 - $143,7500.00 USD Annual
Where a person is paid in the compensation range is aligned to their experience and skills. Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the job
Within the range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Compensation Range may vary based on Geographic Location
