How will this role have an impact?

With an overall focus on delivering unique insights and demonstrating value of our service offerings for episodes of care, the Director of Solution Design is a key player on an innovative team serving the needs of the Go to Market team to tell the Signify value story. The Director of Solution Design will be focused on being a subject matter expert on episodes of care value-based care programs, and the value they bring to health plans, employers and providers. 

This role will report to our Solution Design and Sales Operations Leader.

What will you do?

• Be a subject matter expert throughout the sales process and client support ensuring clients understand the value of Signify’s episodes of care programs, social and clinical care coordination and communicating this to prospects and clients.
• Support the GTM team in providing a consultative sales approach through developing internal process and tools, support prospect based value proposition
• Work cross functionally with marketing, product, operations and finance and provide the market perspective and collaborate with key deliverables such as pitch decks, pricing, product roadmaps and client/prospect feedback 
• Track, measure and monitor client performance towards achieving the ROI demonstrated through the sales process
• Support GTM in demonstrating value to c-suite executives through 
• Provides unique client insights through data, workflows, and outcomes
• Continue to lead as an industry expert

We are looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred
• 8-10+ years of relevant experience managing value-based care programs, Medicaid and general health plan experience 
• Experience successfully designing, implementing process and documents to support prospect and client deals and scale 
• Ability to understand financial and clinical drivers/workflows for health systems 
• Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Superior project management skills and an orientation to plan and organize work and teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset and skill set that can build for purpose, actualize, and continuously improve in a fast-paced environment
