Job Description

Summary
The Digital Production Artist will be working hand-in-hand with other members of the digital creative team servicing retail clients. This position requires a deep understanding of the digital space along with industry trends and standards. In this role the Digital Graphic Designer will have the opportunity to create original design concepts for projects and will also be expected to take others designs and build out a wide range of digital executions. Work will include, websites, micro-sites, display creative, email, mobile app and social media advertising. Additionally, this role will require presentation design skills to support a number of RFP responses.
Responsibilities

• Create digital assets that maintain brand integrity, elevate the brand internally and externally.
• Work in collaboration with the team to ensure that processes, projects, and interactions with stakeholders are consistently engaging and enlightening.
• Reflect design excellence and best practices in all processes and outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• Experience with planning and implementing branding and visual standards
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InVision.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Experience building/creating for social
• A portfolio of work demonstrating solid design and typography skills in a range of media
• Understanding of responsive web design and emerging trends.
• Proven web design and UI design experience.
• Working knowledge of HTML preferred.
• Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas to a highly collaborative team on-shore and off-shore
• Knowledge and experience in the photography and/or videography field a plus.
• Flexibility to accommodate global projects
• Ability to handle multiple priorities (quickly and efficiently) with tight deadlines
