They help project teams with everything from uncovering actionable insights around customers to designing the most compelling digital products and services grounded in user value. They are versatile to help determine project strategy, mentor teammates, and create client deliverables.

A great Research Designer at Grand Studio often has...
- Some professional design experience (consulting/agency experience is extra handy)
- An understanding of the design process
- Comfort contributing to research planning, execution, and synthesis
- Enthusiasm to learn in and out of your primary domain
- The drive and autonomy to work well independently in a remote environment with a hybrid team, but also an ease for communication and collaboration during team working sessions
