Job Summary

As a Designer II, you will be responsible for hands-on development and design of creative projects & campaigns which effectively fulfill brand strategy & business objectives. This role will apply conceptual & strategic thinking to build creative solutions that deliver on brief objectives, brand standards and medium effectiveness.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 5 to 10 years in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or relevant field
• Experience Desired: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of Graphic Design, typography and photography principles. Understanding of digital & print production process, web/UX experience, and digital marketing best practices.
• Education Desired: Bachelors Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field

Job Responsibilities

• Design a variety of media elements (print and digital) including: direct mail, newspaper/magazine ads, in-store signage, billboards, display ads, in-app ads, web landing pages, web graphics, email layouts, video & motion graphics, internal communication pieces and related projects.
• Collaborate with Creative, Project Management and Marketing stakeholders to deliver best-in-class, consistent, brand experience across channels and touchpoints. Develop & foster positive internal & cross-functional partnerships.
• Translate direction and input into effective creative solutions. Focus on design development, brand consistency and production-ready creative execution.
• Manage individual workflow & time management to ensure deadlines are being met.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming, planning sessions, concepting and photography selections.
• Execute exceptional work, remain nimble & curious, and constantly strive to deepen craft & presentation skills.
