Plaid’s Design Operations team plays a critical role in scaling our centralized Design function including Brand Design, Product Design, Research, and Design Systems. We’re looking for a hands-on manager to recruit, grow, and lead a team of Program Managers and Producers, and drive execution against our mission to make it easy for designers to do their best work.

As Design Operations Manager, you’ll partner with Design Leadership and collaborators in EPDS Operations to foster the people, practices, and processes that drive a healthy Design organization. In this role, you’ll report to a centralized, craft-driven EPDS Operations team responsible for the efficacy of our PDLC and SDLC. You’ll act as the voice of Design in company-wide operational discussions and decisions, and own components of Plaid’s PDLC.
