The Job:
The Creative Operations Coordinator is responsible for defining, organizing, allocating and assigning creative resources to the requests from the Project Management team as part of the Creative Request Process. This role will serve as the single point of contact and interface for Project Managers requesting features as part of Archer initiatives. As the critical liaison between multiple stakeholders in Creative Team and the Project Management function, this role will help to prioritize requests and ensure timely delivery on behalf of the Creative Services. The role will be tasked with tracking progress, escalating issues / delays internal to the Creative Services Team. This role will track all requests through a Creative Services tool, document request statuses, disseminate information, mitigate delays, and follow up on all tasks and assignments for individuals within the creative department. The Creative Operations Coordinator will ensure a “single source of truth” among Creative Director and PMs for appropriate workflow, work delegation and follow-through. The Creative Operations Coordinator provides direct support to the Creative Director with all documentation and serves as their partner in ensuring clearly defined processes, and deadlines are achieved.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates cross-team communication between “feature” Project Managers.
• Serves as single point of contact and communications liaison within the Creative Services Team.
• Supports the Creative Director in information sharing with cross-divisional stakeholders.
• Manages creative requests in Jira between team/feature boards.
• Coordinates tasks between Jira and Trello, ensure timelines are maintained, and deliverables are executed.
• Arranges and coordinates a diverse web of interconnected tasks.
• Maintains record of design/art review feedback and disseminate information to appropriate stakeholders.
• Assesses current state, identify ways to improve workflows and team communication and collaboration.
• Partners with the Creative Director and Project Managers to prioritize where new tasks will go on the overall roadmap.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of working with creative teams / processes (in-house or agency setting)
• 2-3 years of project coordination or equivalent administrative support experience.
• Must have experience using project management tools, including Jira, Workfront, Trello, or others.
• Application of differing project management methodologies, Kanban, Agile, etc…
• Understanding of multiple creative processes and disciplines, including UX, UI, Technical Design.
• Knowledge of animation and software production pipelines is a plus. Technical production preferred, not required.
