OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
ZeroFox seeks an enthusiastic, highly motivated Creative Director to join our Digital Marketing team. Leading a team of thinkers and doers, the right creative director will bring a mix of branding expertise and creative strategy that will generate brand awareness and recognition for ZeroFox. We’re looking for an experienced manager of people, someone that can inspire others and lead by example, to take our creative team to a new level as we continue to grow. This job might be for you if you have a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the creative and brand strategy for ZeroFox
- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all assets meet those standards
- Work with the creative team to produce new ideas for company branding, web design, marketing promotional campaigns, and corporate communications
- Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for an information security audience
- Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for creative deliverables
- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, art or other relevant fields
- Creative design experience in-house or in a corporate environment that is typically obtained in 6+ years; B2B and cybersecurity experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge and experience with brand development and web design, usually reflected in 5+ years performing the function
- Previous experience managing a team of designers and developers, leading with clear communication and an investment in their development
- Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction
- A solid understanding of design, development and branding best practices
- Experience with marketing and creative tools including Adobe Suite, Canva, Camtasia, Marketo and Wordpress preferred
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, juggling multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Great attitude, highly collaborative, able to work in a dynamic environment
