The Cisco Meraki Creative Studio team is seeking a passionate and insightful Brand Visual Designer to join our team. The Creative Studio is a multi-disciplinary team of creatives working across most marketing projects at Meraki– building our brand aesthetic through collateral, promotional materials, web, events, advertising, digital campaigns, and new product launches.

Your role as a Meraki Brand Visual Designer is to bring our story to life through well-crafted visual narratives across all our channels and customer touchpoints. We are looking for someone with experience in storytelling, problem-solving, and is detail-oriented, curious, and collaborative. You will be required to think strategically about your work and produce creative solutions that help our Marketing team achieve our goals with thoughtful customer-centric design that is consistent with our core values.

Brand Visual Designers at Meraki should demonstrate a passion for great design and the discipline to define and document their approach to build and scale a consistent visual language globally. This designer should have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate the rationale behind their work!

What You'll Do

• As a core member of our design team, be an influential voice in the development and evolution of the Cisco Meraki brand
• Strategize and design high-profile marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams both inside and outside Marketing
• Collaborate on projects with content writers, web developers, agency partners and vendors
• Works closely with UX designers and web developers to produce visuals for webpages
• Own visual branding and design production of digital and live marketing events

Who You Are

• 3-5 years experience as a brand visual designer at a tech company, B2B company, marketing agency, or related experience
• Online portfolio that showcases your work, clearly outlining your role and contribution within each project
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite, Adobe Creative Suite apps, and modern prototyping tools
• A passion for meaningful design solutions, and expertise in design principles: color, typography, layout, and conceptual skills
• The ability to think creatively and explore original ways to communicate complex concepts in a clear and illustrative way
• The ability to work independently and across multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Detail oriented, with scrupulous file management while collaborating with other team members
