We are currently working beside a major IT Consulting Company who is looking to bring a brand designer onto their team who has a keen eye for aesthetic. We're seeking a skilled brand designer has a good foundation of creative craftmanship and consistency in delivering quality work on time. As a Brand Designer, you have understanding of identity design systems, visual communications, color theory and art direction for photography, illustration and iconography. You're able to contribute to the development of concepts, translating them into a visual or interactive forms. You have a strong team player attitude that is dedicated to their craft. You have the ability to articulate creative ideas to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Execute creative and design direction for brand design systems: Logos, colors, photography, typography, iconography, illustration, graphics and motion graphics.
• Assist in design documentation and playbooks for our master and/or sub brands.
• Work collaboratively with teams & stakeholders.
• Convey your ideas effectively through sketches, rough designs, and/or animations.
• Analytically track design changes to inform future work and choices.
• Maintain a customer-centric (as opposed to product-centric) focus on unique customer personas, audiences and their needs.

Qualifications
• Prefer a bachelor's degree (but not required), specifically in design-related discipline such as Graphic Design, Visual Communications or Advertising.
• Strong mix of creative experience, with proven ability to lead and expand a portfolio of work with 5+ years of design Industry experience.
• Must be well-versed in brand identity design systems and techniques.
• Have a strong ability to champion design processes.
• Strong sense of visual aesthetic and proven track record for the craft of design.
• Solid verbal communication skills, with experience and a high degree of comfort presenting to all levels of clients, stakeholders, and/or colleagues.
• Knowledge of marketing requirements. Ie.: Advertising, Social, eCom and visual merchandising is ideal.
• Have some understanding of related creative tracks, strategy, copywriting, user research, content production and technology.
• Must be proficient-to-expert in: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Asset DAMs, Workflow Creative Management Systems.
