About the Role

The Brand Designer will assist in the development of creative content for Sidecar Health collaborations. You will educate new members and drive sales by designing beautiful, responsive interfaces that highlight product attributes across devices and platforms. You will think as a leader, pitching new ideas to push our brand creative. First and foremost, you must think like a marketer.

What You'll Do

  • As Brand Designer, you will manage the design of materials and artifacts that bring Sidecar Health's mission to life
  • You will excel in this role if you are itching to make creative work that connects an idea to an audience, through the best visual execution
  • You follow brand guidelines and can push on them in exciting ways
  • Create motion elements, GIFs, short animations for social media and email
  • Support and development of visual language concepts that push the boundaries of the brand
  • Guide team in concepting and leading the creation of all brand deliverables, inspiring a deeply creative culture
  • Evolve Sidecar Health’s design systems and help implement processes that allow teams to ship creative quickly, reliably, and without compromise
  • Integrate with Marketing and Product Design
  • Provide constructive feedback and direction to external partners (agencies, studios, vendors)
  • Develop digital campaign assets for our rapidly growing brand all to the required creative standards, specifications and deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute marketing campaign assets across various platforms including email, social, web and ads
  • Apply intelligence, wit and heart to make complex services and value propositions understandable, relatable & deeply relevant
  • Pitch concepts internally to the team, bring new and fresh ideas to the table
  • Translate marketing strategy into persuasive ads, campaigns and storytelling
  • Create and enforce processes that prioritize team morale and efficient work product

What You'll Bring

  • 4 years as a Brand Designer at recognized companies
  • An outstanding design portfolio showing a clean and modern aesthetic for visual narratives, with proven examples of conceptual thinking in storytelling, illustration, advertising and interactive
  • Knowledge of consumer brand strategy, branding, interaction design, technology, usability and experience design
  • Must have motion experience like creating GIFs, small animations for social media
  • Expert knowledge of campaign development and advertising production processes
  • Sound understanding of content, UX writing and digital fundamentals
  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and grammar
