Overview
Conceive, ideate and execute innovative, original campaigns across all media as part of our newly formed creative in-house agency. Build and reimagine the digital, print, broadcast and social campaigns for an industry leader in this extremely high growth industry. This will be a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires out-of-the box thinking, creative concepting and meticulous execution. The ideal candidate is a gifted storyteller and collaborator, a masterful designer with strong attention to typography and well-versed in building cohesive 360 campaigns.
Job Description

  • Deliver out-of-the box thinking and innovative concepts that break through a cluttered marketplace while staying on brand and message.
  • Contribute to the development, reimagination and implementation of brand identity including our visual identity, design system, brand personality and tone of voice.
  • Bring the brand to life in market and for every stakeholder and demonstrate our brand promise through everyday interactions with customers, employees, shareholders and partners.
  • Contribute to original content creation, production and activation of a wide variety of digital, video, photography, print, web, social, experiential and traditional media
  • Strong technical knowledge of creative execution variables, production schedules and roll-out of approved assets across all media
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud software required: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc. Premiere and After Effects a plus!
  • A highly refined and wide-ranging design aesthetic and mastery of typography and design principles
  • Must clearly articulate new and creative ideas regarding project deliverables and completion timeframes with key stakeholders
  • Actively participate in best practices, department efficiencies and the usage of the latest technology and platforms for asset management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners across marketing, production and lines of business
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum 10+ years experience at an agency or in-house creative team
  • A strong portfolio showcasing very refined typographic skills, strategic and conceptual thinking, visual design and storytelling
  • A proven ability to turn insights and customer behavior into culture-driving, business-building creative ideas
  • Experience building, implementing and maintaining brand systems
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across the organization
  • Excellent creative instincts with a proven understanding of copy, design, photography, video, content strategy, user experience and a broad variety of digital mediums
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and matrixed environment
  • Highly collaborative creative sensibility with the ability to be open minded to feedback as well as provide motivating feedback to others in order to elevate creative execution.
