As our Associate Digital Designer you will be delivering impactful visual experiences across our digital platforms, focused primarily on website and app experiences. You have a strong sense of user-centric designs and champion the application of digital best practices. You’ll also work cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions for our marketing newsletter campaigns, digital ads, blog/editorial contents, social contents, and more!

What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Present design work to various teams including but not limited to Digital Design Director, Creative Director, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Business Stakeholders for review
  • Design and produce on-brand website and app components, ranging from dynamic site banners to UX/UI interaction elements
  • Collaborate with the Product team and UX Designers to create User Interface design and style guides for our web and mobile applications
  • With an eye for detail, version out key art to ensures final files are built to spec and delivered in a clean format
  • Understand and skillfully incorporate feedback to design while maintaining design integrity and quality
  • Supports throughout the entire creative development process, from concept to completion and QA
  • Partner with Brand Creative Team to ensure a harmonious integration within digital experiences, creating a seamless connection for customers across all touch points
  • Stay on top of design trends and technologies for new devices/platforms

What You Bring To The Role

  • 1-3 years of web design experience
  • Degree in graphic design or related major
  • Expertise in mobile-first and responsive web design best practices
  • Experience with design software and prototyping tools, including Adobe CS, Figma, Sketch, and InVision
  • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • Keen eye for detail and quality assurance
  • Proactive self-starter and able to take initiative on abstract ideas
  • Outstanding time management and thrives in deadline driven environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Receives and delivers constructive feedback
  • Fantastic team player
