WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You’ll conceptualize and design for Silverback’s internal brand — that means refreshing brand guidelines, building templates and creating graphics for our social accounts and internal blog.
• You’ll work closely with our internal marketing team to work on deliverables such as research reports, white papers and webinars.
• You’ll collaborate on client projects with both clients and other Silverback departments
• You’ll deliver excellent work on deadline
• You’ll provide concepts and ideas to support content marketing, social media, SEO and Paid Search/Media projects
• You’ll maintain a thorough understanding of cutting-edge design trends
• You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, but you’ll also have the independence to effectively manage your projects

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1-3 years of professional design experience — especially agency experience! — is highly desirable, but is NOT a "must." This role is also open to entry-level applicants, recent grads, or those with relevant internship experience. Your portfolio is MORE IMPORTANT than your professional experience!!!
• Solid experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Sketch
• A strong portfolio, including a including a mix of print and web projects
• An exceptional understanding of layout and typography
• Eagerness to quickly and independently learn and grow as a designer
• Someone who is self-motivated!
• Attention to detail, even when working under tight deadlines
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to take constructive criticism without taking it personally
