Description:
The JUDGE Group has partnered with an International IT Solutions provider to hire an Associate Creative Director to oversee the UX Design and Content development for products dedicated to one of their largest Financial Services Clients. This is a direct hire, full time position that includes great pay, full benefits, and is 100% remote.

Job Summary:

  • As an Associate Creative Director, you will become part of our growing Customer Experience practice, helping us create best-in-class digital customer, employee and user experiences.
  • You will support initiatives, designing cross-channel user experiences that embrace the intersection of people, process, business and technology.
  • You'll ensure customer, end user, and employee needs translate into the design decisions you make in the digital service experiences that the company creates.
  • You'll do this with a group of experience architects, strategists, UI developers and other groups, all who believe the best work comes from collaboration, is driven by strategy, and is always ethically-minded.
  • The Associate Creative Directors are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that the company builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive and impactful.


What you will do:

  • Lead and review Creative workstreams in all phases of the project
  • Oversee, review, and create design deliverables on assigned projects (e.g., comps, style guides, branding and creative briefs, graphics, layouts, etc.)
  • Contribute to delivery of architecture-focused deliverables in projects (e.g., information architecture, taxonomy, content structures, etc.)
  • Set objectives and lead the delivery of projects or work efforts that have a direct effect on business results within a functional or operational area
  • Oversee direction of and coordination with off-shore resources for project deliverables


What you must have:

  • **All New Employees must be vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated**
  • Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Communications, UX Design or similar discipline. Or 7 years of equivalent experience in related area.
  • 7+ years relevant design experience
  • 2+ years managing people/teams
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates an expert capability in design principles and solutions
  • Extensive experience with visual design, principles of UI design, layouts, graphics development, typography, color, and visual theories
  • Knowledge of user experience disciplines such as UX architecture, research, usability, and content strategies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Trained and experienced in digital design, web, and mobile development in an enterprise environment
  • Experience designing with mobile layouts in mind
  • Capable of understanding and articulating technical feasibility of solutions
  • Capable of communicating with technical developers to transfer design to deliverables


Preferred Experience

  • Ability to demonstrate your process, present your work, and articulate your design decisions to stakeholders
  • Experience with accessible design
  • Familiarity with common design and collaboration tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Miro, etc.
