At Lyft, our mission is to improve people’s lives with the world’s best transportation. To do this, we start with our own community by creating an open, inclusive, and diverse organization.

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director with insatiable curiosity and boundless enthusiasm for creativity and new ideas to partner with an Associate Creative Director (Copy) becoming Lyft’s new go-to creative team for big campaigns. You are a great collaborator, and good at building relationships to create that safe space for fun ideas to happen.

You’ll be joining our in-house creative team to lead the concepting, crafting, and execution of integrated brand campaigns and cultural content. You’re experienced and tenacious at nurturing a good idea from inception through the production process. You’re confident creating visual ideas for a diverse audience across a wide range of communication touchpoints. And maybe you hold a deep-seated belief that hot pink is a way better brand color than boring old black.

The work you make here will live at the intersection of brand and pop culture. Think: celebs as Undercover Lyft drivers, tweeting back at our fave musicians, feel-good ways to celebrate our drivers and partnerships with hit shows and cultural icons. (Check out our recent efforts to surprise and delight Lyft XL riders by picking them up in the 27-foot Wienermobile.)

As an art director, you excel at moving people—in the emotional way, and in the get-off-your-butt-and-do-stuff way. You always show up with vibrant ideas, exuberant visuals, and great design. You’re able to craft new and exciting visual solutions while simultaneously maintaining and supporting a consistent visual brand. And you know how to translate boring-sounding marketing objectives into culturally relevant and engaging brand campaigns.

Join us! We’re working and playing at an incredible moment of investment in our creative and our brand. With vaccine access widely available, people are looking forward to going out again. And Lyft has a major role to play in helping people get back out there safely.
