As a Depositary Services Manager, you’ll manage and lead your team, making sure all actions and tasks are completed in line with our regulatory accountabilities, policies, and procedures. You’ll establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders by acting as one of our representatives in local governance committees and for new business across our organisation.
Your top priorities will include:
- Developing and maintaining client contacts at all levels within our strategic funds
- Promoting RBSI Depositary Services at external events
- Identifying and managing conduct risk to deliver key customer outcomes
- Owning and supervising the risks in your business area through effective running of managerial controls, ensuring early identification and mitigation of risk within our defined risk appetite
We’ll look to you to have knowledge of Collective Investment Schemes, Alternative Investment Funds and relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements, as well as a minimum of five years of managerial experience.
You’ll also need:
- The ability to influence and manage conflict resolutions
- An analytical mindset to resolve complex problems and identify alternatives
- Sound judgement and the ability to manage and prioritise workloads within a team environment
- Effective communication skills across various levels of seniority
