Job Title: Deodorants Senior Assistant Brand Manager
Location: BGC, PH.
1. Brand Strategy & Planning
Assist in developing and executing brand plans aligned with business objectives.
Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
2. Marketing Campaigns
Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital).
Liaise with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure timely and impactful execution.
3. Innovation & Product Launches
Contribute to innovation planning and product development.
Coordinate with R&D, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure successful launches.
4. Business Performance Monitoring
Track brand performance using internal dashboards and external market data.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and customer teams to ensure brand plans are executed effectively in-market.
Collaborate with regional/global teams for alignment and sharing of best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Passion for consumer brands and market dynamics.
