Job Description (Gainsight – campus hire)
What You’ll Do:
- Learn to configure and maintain the Gainsight platform (workflows, dashboards, email programs, integrations).
- Assist in translating business needs into system solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Support internal Gainsight users by answering questions and helping troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor system performance and data accuracy.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvements.
- Stay updated on Gainsight features and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- We looking to hire a strong fresher for this role
- Strong interest in SaaS platforms, customer success, and data-driven operations.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Problem solver who is able to work collaboratively and take initiative.
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Exposure to business systems or tools (CRM, support systems).
- Experience working on college projects involving data analysis or system design.
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or any reporting tools.
