Customers have changed. They’re looking for new ways to engage with businesses. Consumers today have a new set of expectations. They want outcomes, not ownership. Customization, not generalization. Constant improvement, not planned obsolescence.

In the old world (let’s call it the Product Economy) it was all about things. Acquiring new customers, shipping commodities, billing for one-time transactions. But in today’s new era, it’s all about relationships. More and more customers are becoming subscribers because subscription experiences built around services meet consumers’ needs better than the static offerings or a single product.

Our vision is “The World Subscribed” where one day every company will be a part of the Subscription Economy® (a phrase coined by our CEO, Tien Tzuo and author of the best selling book Subscribed).

The Brand Experience team at Zuora is responsible for bringing our story to life in ways that delight and engage our customers. We translate data into brand strategy, engaging event experiences, valuable customer content, and customer-centric web experiences that drive growth for the business.

As our new Web Analytics Manager, you will partner with a global team of digital strategists, content creators, and marketers in order to shape the future of our web performance and analytics program. Reporting to the Global Head of Web Experience, you will be a key leader within the BX Web Team and strategic partner across the broader marketing and growth organizations. Your ability to dive deep into analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Bizible, Marketo) and engage teams with performance insights and opportunities will help each team unlock the ability to create better-targeted campaigns, track and optimize content performance, enhance engagement and conversion through the web, and continuously improve our ability to deliver a world-class user experience. The ideal candidate is both data-driven strategist and performance marketer, and has managed web analytics in growth and demand-oriented, B2B organizations. You’ll bring experience in understanding and optimizing high-performance B2B buyer journeys, implementing analytics best-practices, conversion rate optimization, and should value building partnerships with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Creative, Content, Events, Demand Gen, HR, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

  • Produce & present regular executive level performance analysis (monthly/quarterly/annually)
  • Lead weekly digital and analytics meetings with agencies, contractors, and stakeholders ensuring projects requirements are met and alignment is achieved
  • Continue to learn and grow in an environment that’s never stagnant, encouraging personal growth and new learning opportunities.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics
  • Expert understanding of Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and digital analytics best practices
  • Ability to build segments, views, and goals within GA in order to achieve clear and repeatable data analysis.

  • Experience with A/B testing or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), preferably leveraging Google Optimize as a platform
  • Excellent project management skills, a self-starter with the ability to influence decisions based on data and insights.
