The Brand Experience team at Zuora is responsible for bringing our story to life in ways that delight and engage our customers. We translate data into brand strategy, engaging event experiences, valuable customer content, and customer-centric web experiences that drive growth for the business.

YOUR MISSION

As our new Web Analytics Manager, you will partner with a global team of digital strategists, content creators, and marketers in order to shape the future of our web performance and analytics program. Reporting to the Global Head of Web Experience, you will be a key leader within the BX Web Team and strategic partner across the broader marketing and growth organizations. Your ability to dive deep into analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Bizible, Marketo) and engage teams with performance insights and opportunities will help each team unlock the ability to create better-targeted campaigns, track and optimize content performance, enhance engagement and conversion through the web, and continuously improve our ability to deliver a world-class user experience. The ideal candidate is both data-driven strategist and performance marketer, and has managed web analytics in growth and demand-oriented, B2B organizations. You’ll bring experience in understanding and optimizing high-performance B2B buyer journeys, implementing analytics best-practices, conversion rate optimization, and should value building partnerships with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Creative, Content, Events, Demand Gen, HR, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.   

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE

  • Lead performance analysis across multiple digital properties and different audience segments, including website, channel and content analytics, customer journeys, and performance across different audience segments
  • Be the SME and POC for all things related to web analytics and digital performance
  • Create self-service web performance dashboards, and a website reporting cadence to inform multiple marketing teams and executives
  • Define KPIs and targets, in partnership with key stakeholders, and monitor performance against those targets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Design and implement changes to and manage our instances within Google Analytics
  • Partner with Campaigns, MOPs, Field Marketing and our Developers to ensure proper use of tagging and tracking utms are implemented for each marketing vehicle in use
  • Produce & present regular executive level performance analysis (monthly/quarterly/annually)
  • Lead weekly digital and analytics meetings with agencies, contractors, and stakeholders ensuring projects requirements are met and alignment is achieved
  • Continue to learn and grow in an environment that’s never stagnant, encouraging personal growth and new learning opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics
  • Expert understanding of Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and digital analytics best practices
  • Ability to build segments, views, and goals within GA in order to achieve clear and repeatable data analysis.
  • Ability to dig into all our data streams in order to extract actionable insights and provide page optimization recommendations using heat-mapping, form analytics and live user recordings
  • Expertise in synthesizing data and performance metrics into actionable insights and presentations for executive stakeholders
  • Experience with A/B testing or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), preferably leveraging Google Optimize as a platform
  • Excellent project management skills, a self-starter with the ability to influence decisions based on data and insights.
  • Experience using business technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, Bizible, 6Sense
  • Must be able to present complex insights concisely to both wide ranging audiences.
