Wargaming Analyst, Lead
Key Role:
Support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)), Cyber Warfare Directorate in the development, design, and execution of cyber wargame and assessment activities. Support the planning and execution of wargames that assess weapon systems and critical infrastructure within OUSD(A&S) management, oversight, and technical and programmatic evaluation purview. Coordinate wargame development activities between Combatant Commands, DoD services and combat support agencies, and international partners. Support the development and maturation of a novel wargaming methodology that integrates modeling and simulation tools.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with cyberspace operations, operational planning, cyber mission force operations, cybersecurity studies, defense acquisition, defense policy, or international affairs
- Experience with analytic wargaming, exercise, and training activities, including tabletop exercises, experiments, live-force exercises, and professional analytic wargaming
- Experience with DoD or interagency partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team of engineers, defense and intelligence analysts, scientists, and uniformed military members
- Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze research to inform cyberspace wargames
- TS/SCI clearance required
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in intelligence analysis and developing adversary capability assessments or scenarios
- Experience in a military staff environment
- Experience with briefing and delivering training to senior military and civilian leaders
