The WalkMe Business Analyst will use WalkMe to design impactful and creative solutions to meet the client's adoption challenges. Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Manage the implementation of WalkMe's digital adoption features across client's enterprise software
- Assess needs and use cases from internal stakeholders, quickly design impactful and creative solutions in WalkMe, measure results using WalkMe Insights, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of digital adoption content readiness, communications and training
- Present, share and educate internal stakeholders on digital adoption use cases for their applications
- Need to have the ability to understand technical possibilities and limitations of the tools at your disposal in order to troubleshoot and maintain implementations over time
- Measure and evaluate the impact of WalkMe content against KPIs set forth to drive ROI back to the business.
Successful candidates for these positions will work on-site at the IBM Client Innovation Center in Baton Rouge, LA. The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Baton Rouge center. However, some travel is expected, and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel approximately 50% of the time. You must live in or be willing to relocate to Baton Rouge, LA within 30 days of starting your position.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Must have verifiable WalkMe builder experience, with familiarity of HTML (specifically j-query), CSS, and/or JavaScript to configure digital adoption content
- 2+ years of writing experience to produce engaging content for employees
- 2+ years of translating complex programs into simple terms to facilitate discussion and decision-making for internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, able to track projects with many moving pieces and keep teams on track to deliver against aggressive timelines
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Prior experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Technical Digital Adoption certification
