Voice Of the Customer, Data Analyst

NICE Satmetrix is looking for an entry level Data Analyst to work as part of our Business Consulting Team.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a research/analytical role.
  • Demonstrable ability to analyze data from disparate sources, extract valuable insights, and leverage them to inform strategic approach.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills.
  • Strong team player with energy, enthusiasm and detail orientation to produce high. quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas
  • Ability to tell stories with data.
  • Project Management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines.


Technical Requirements:

  • Experience with R or Python is required. Comfortable with SPSS, and/or SAS other statistical packages.
  • Experience with Tableau and or Power BI.
  • Experience supporting CX analytics, like correlation analysis, regression-based approaches, and ability to link data sources to conduct linkage analyses.
  • Comfort in creating Excel and PowerPoint-based deliverables
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required, or equivalent work experience.


How You Will Lead:

  • Conduct advanced analytics to generate insights for VOC program, explore ROI or value of VOC, and/or conduct linkage analysis to connect VOC results to the business and operations.
  • Manage and conduct all phases of in-depth analysis: compilation, validation, analysis and provide input into deliverables and presentations to business leadership.
  • Confidently deliver interpretation and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
  • Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems with deep customer focus, applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
