Job Description As an experienced professional in our cybersecurity organization, you won't just be watching over our data - you'll be finding innovative new ways to protect it in the future. To do that, you'll help lead a highly motivated team focused on analyzing, designing, developing, and delivering solutions built to stop adversaries and strengthen our operations. You'll use your leadership skills to give guidance, advise on best practices and support our business and technology groups. By taking the lead on incident response, risk reviews, vulnerability assessments and identifying threats, you'll help us deliver cost-effective solutions that put our clients first. You'll deploy best practices, new policies and emerging trends to strengthen our strategic roadmap. By presenting your findings to senior leaders, you'll sharpen your communication and presentation skills. The Digital Forensics & Analytics Services (DFAS) team is seeking a Strategy and Enablement Analyst. As part of this role, the Analyst will ensure that the broader DFAS team has the resources and capabilities to carry out its mission. The Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the DFAS team's procedures and internal controls, managing the team's risk profile and driving process improvement. The analyst will also drive technology projects, working with stakeholders external to the DFAS team.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the team's risk and controls profile, including partnership with Product, Technology & Governance teams during Regulatory, Audit and Client engagements
  • Working with business process owners to interpret, analyze and create business requirements
  • Collection, aggregation, and analysis of data to evaluate process improvement opportunities and drive business decision-making
  • Manage the creation, maintenance and review of the team's policies and procedures
  • Analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving those improvements to completion
  • Working closely with Product teams to drive the DFAS team's strategy and development priorities
  • Work with Legal, Compliance and Privacy teams to ensure that the DFAS team can execute its mission in Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Working in partnership with the management team and CTC leadership to define key reporting requirements


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or related Legal, Privacy or Technical fields
  • Experience with implementation of technology controls, coordination of activities for audits and assessing an IT controls environment
  • Experience managing technology projects end to end
  • Understanding of software development practices and Agile development methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong focus on customer service and quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to multi-task in order to meet deadlines
  • Experience managing confidential data with the utmost discretion
  • Ability to anticipate, prioritize and quickly advance key projects


Additional Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience managing vendor engagements
  • Experience working in the computer forensics, cybercrime investigations, and other related technical fields
  • Experience managing business resiliency plans and exercises
  • Industry standard privacy certifications (CIPP, CIPT, etc.)

About the Team The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group at JPMorgan Chase aligns the firm's cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. The group proactively and strategically partners with all lines of business and functions to enable them to design, adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently; and drive automation of controls.
