Utility Enterprise Asset Management Lead

West Monroe is seeking a Utilities Enterprise Asset Management Expert to join our team! While we prefer candidates to live in Chicagoland area, we are open to national candidates.
EAM Consulting Experience
- Experience helping utilities develop and implement AM / EAM strategies
- Understands the Systems (EAM, CMMS, APM)
- Understands the Processes (Asset Management,
- Understands the Methodologies/Standards (ISO 55001, PAS 55)
- Understands analytics potential opportunities (Asset Performance/health predictive analytics, risk scoring)
- Understands vendor Space (Maximo, SAP, Asset Suite, etc.)
- Has worked developing or executing consulting work in the Asset Management space (to help us go to market in the area)
Utility Asset Management Professional
- Anything up top +
- Experience executing Asset Management programs at a utility (Reliability Programs, Maintenance Programs, Capital Planning) OR implementing Analytics for asset management
- Has executed key Asset Management processes at a utility (and can clearly describe them, and where they are going, could bring relatable experience to our client)
- Understands in depth what their utility and others are doing for asset management (has done benchmarking)
Asset Management Vendor Experience
- Experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management products such as Maximo, SAP, Asset Suite 8, or Asset Performance tools such as Power Factors, GE Predix, or vertically integrated vendors such as Osmose
- Has an understanding of key technology capabilities and experience implementing with utilities
- Ideally deep understanding of competitive landscape would be great
