About the team:
The Global Process Business Automation (GBPA) team is a highly innovative and tasked with transforming and reinventing the way we work, and the way the financial industry works.
We are constantly challenging the status quo, with the goal to propel FIS and our customer via automation tools and Artificial Intelligence into the future. The team continuously reinvents itself and adopts new tools and technology to ensure state of the art performance.
What you will be doing:
As Software Engineer in the GBPA you are expected to take an active part in the entire journey of creating new products and automations. You are expected to act as a full stack developer and we believe in people's ability in making great decisions when given the right information.
GBPA therefore expects you to:

• Take active part in engaging with stakeholders and responsibility for ensuring that requirements are understood in direct communication
• Have integrity and speak your mind with the intent of creating best solutions
• Develop and be comfortable with showing products early and often, to enable us to fail fast and pivot
• Embrace feedback as opportunities overlooked

What you bring:

• You bring 3-10 years of relevant experience in developing software to meet customer needs
• A curious mind and an interest in learning new things
• Strong fundamentals in either C# or Python
• A preference for action over analysis

Added bonus if you have:

• Cloud Technology knowledge (AWS or Azure)
• Web technology skills like HTML5, Angular, React, etc
