Position Description: Advanced Technical Surveillance Countermeasure (TSCM) Practitioner:

ManTech Mission, Cyber, and Intelligence Solutions Group is looking for highly motivated, qualified professionals to fill an Advanced TSCM Practitioner position on a team in Huntsville, AL.

As a Counterintelligence TSCM Practitioner, you will be compliant with U.S. Public Law and DoD Intelligence Oversight policy issuances. You will conduct TSCM investigations and operations pursuant to DoDI 5240.5 and S-DoDI 5240.5 and agency standard operating procedures in support of MDA test events, conferences, facilities, foreign military sales activities, global deployment activities, and exercises.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Support an essential national security mission
• Operate and maintain sensitive measurement and survey equipment
• Plan and execute Technical Security evaluations and services IAW DoD and MDA Directives
  within prescribed time-frames
• Prepare thorough, clear, classified written reports comprehensively detailing evaluation procedures and technical findings
• Respond to Technical Security discoveries IAW DoD and MDA policies and directives
• Provide Technical Threat Briefings, analytical reports and products to senior level officials
• Collaborate with other security professionals

REQUIREMENTS

• 10 years' experience performing instrumented TSCM services
• Graduate of Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Fundamentals Course
• Active DOD 'TS' clearance, and current SCI Eligibility

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES/CLEARANCE

• Detailed understanding of ICD/ICS 705 Tech Specification

• CompTIA A+, Network+, and Sec+ preferred
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Relevant experience must be in signals analysis, physical security, TEMPEST, electrical/electronics, technical surveillance countermeasures, telecommunications, wireless security, cybersecurity, or information assurance
• CONUS and OCONUS Travel is required.
