Job Summary:

Reporting to a VP and Director, the Test Management Analyst will provide significant vendor, internal customer, and upper management communication and coordination to bring quality and cohesive structure to the highest priority projects put forth by corporate management during a time of financial transformation and refocus
This leader will also support high priority and time sensitive obfuscation requests within hours-time and closely work with system managers and overall planning, management, and oversight activities in support of the new processes being put in place and aligning with bank security/data policies. Manage budget, pipeline, and offshore team deliverables

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enhancements (changes), testing coordination and monitoring
  • Process review, update, and creation to facilitate transformation of QE from waterfall-based to primarily Agile-based execution
  • Creation of procedures and training documentation to properly convey process material to QE personnel at all levels
  • Contribute to Test Data automation drive and optimization across Enterprise Technology
  • Provide critical coordination between Application Development Teams, Infrastructure Teams, Application Security Teams, Risk and Compliance
  • Provide support and coordination of QE's transformation to TDD/BDD and Continuous Development
  • Provide Agile/RAID team coordination and QE/Agile COE coordination
  • Coordination, continuous refinement and rebalancing of TIP/EOL and Capability personnel
  • Coordination with Capability and RAID leadership on integration of QE
  • Coordinate communication between Capability leadership and QE Automation leadership regarding expansion of test automation coverage and addition of enhanced/modern functionality
  • From application team, gather and discuss any addition or updating of obfuscation sensitive fields which are part of Non-project work
  • Discuss customization of obfuscated data with application/business teams along with Enterprise Info-Security team.
  • Support audit teams related to non-production data and corresponding evidence discussions
  • Work with data obfuscation tool vendors Microfocus and Broadcom to optimize execution process
  • Work with Obfuscation tool vendors to develop solution for AWS environment obfuscation
  • Implement Change management request for obfuscation changes and emergency fixes.
  • Voltage encryption related support for many projects
  • Manage budget, pipeline, and offshore team deliverables
  • Overall planning, management, and oversight activities in support of the new processes being put in place and aligning with bank security/data policies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of equivalent work experience
  • experience In quality engineering
  • Hands on offshore experience working with Third part teams
  • knowledge of Agile, SDLC, EPLC, PLC and ITIL
  • knowledge of TDD and Test Lifecycle
  • Ability to effectively partner with technology leaders and cross functional groups to drive out Change and achieve business goals
  • Tenacity and energy
  • Ability to work effectively on a high-performing team
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
  • analytical and process skills
  • Highly proficient In Microsoft office Suite and ideally In Visio
  • Resiliency and Ability to adapt In a dynamic environment
