Who are we looking for
We are looking for a data driven and collaborative personality to use insights to answer questions and support sourcing objectives and activities. We need someone who will thrive working in a dynamic fast paced environment. You are a detailed oriented individual who can support the complete sourcing process with supplier negotiations, project coordination and critical thinking. The ideal candidate will bring experience facilitating sourcing events, deep analytical skills and strong written and verbal communication to internal and external Nike collaborators.
What you will you work on
You will be responsible for supporting Nike's Global Procurement Technology Team throughout the sourcing process. If this is you, you will support the TCO strategy using the 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process which includes: stage gates, spend analysis, requirements planning, risk management, market analysis, strategy development, competitive bidding (RFx), supplier negotiations, supplier selection, contracting, supplier management, cost savings methodology, performance reporting, and proficiency with sourcing tools and analytics. You will communicate with internal and external partners on a regular basis, and work together as a team to drive successful RFx events.
Who will you work with
You will work within the Global Procurement Technology team and focus on IT hardware, software and related support services. You will engage and collaborate with the Category Strategists, Sourcing Managers and Analysts throughout the Technology Procurement team on a regular basis. In this role you will report to the Global Procurement Director of Technology.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, supply chain, IT, analytics, or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
• Two plus years' experience in a sourcing role
• Experience leading, facilitating or coordinating sourcing events desired.
• Ability to build trusting and meaningful relationships with cross functional collaborator group.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Sourcing tools like Coupa, Jagger, GT Nexus, TMS preferred
