Position Description

Accountabilities

  • Executing project management for Anaplan Center of Excellence through initiating, planning, implementing, monitoring, and closing all items
  • Aligns key stakeholders on the Anaplan roadmap and stakeholder engagement plan throughout design and implementation
  • Monitors performance and recommends scope, schedule, cost or resource adjustments
  • Connects short-term demands to long-term implications, in alignment with the supporting business case
  • Owns maintaining, measuring, and reporting on Anaplan project statuses
  • Champion Anaplan user experience across finance and the business finance serves
  • Drive CoE improvement initiatives through program leadership and partnership engagement, providing project management and change management support
  • Effectively balances competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, funding, budget, resources, and risk, to manage project success
  • Connects project objectives to broader organizational goals
  • Negotiates with stakeholders to obtain the resources necessary for successful project execution
  • Support the test and learn process, leveraging agile methodologies to apply to rapid innovation
Cross-functional Business Support with Other CAH Stakeholders. The Technical Program Analyst will work cross-functionally within and outside of the FP&A CoE. The following is representative of the cross-functional interactions:

  • Liaison information gathering and sharing between CoE model builders and the business
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Finance to drive enterprise-wide adoption of new technology tools and programs
  • Influence integration across other programs and technology functions (e.g., EIT, AAA, FOS)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in execution of scrum framework
  • Knowledge of Anaplan or willingness to learn Anaplan components
  • Experience with Jira or other similar agile planning tool
  • People person with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management experience and skillset, e.g., project plan development and management
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage congruent project plans
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
  • Skilled at developing strong relationships and working collaboratively with/through others
  • Ability to provide clear insights to technical teams and translate between business to technology counterparts
  • Familiarity with requirements gathering and prior experience supporting CoE's preferred

  • Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
  • Interactions normally involves collaboration with developers and the business to organize a path to resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects
