We are seeking a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Implementation team. As a Technical Implementation Analyst, you’ll collaborate with Compliance Analysts, Insurance Product Managers and Engineers, with an ultimate goal of delivering best-in-class products to small businesses nationwide. If you enjoy playing an instrumental role in the product launch process and helping a young organization scale while growing with it, this may be the role for you!

What You’ll Do: 

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and launch our core products
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Help to continue to improve and streamline implementation processes and deliverables

What We Need:  

• 2+ years experience as an operations, implementation, or project analyst
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.  Formulas and functions like vlookup and importrange are your friends.
• Highly organized, process and detail-oriented.  You’ll be working on multiple projects and ensuring our products adhere to requirements - having a keen eye is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Unstoppable Qualities (Optional): 

• Tech savvy - able to identify and troubleshoot problems, and understand technical concepts
• Experience with JIRA, GitHub, or other similar software tools
• Personal standard for excellence: interest in finding better ways to do things
