ABOUT THE TEAM

The Asset Optimization Implementation Team is responsible for bringing on new clients and implementing RealPage products for new and existing clients. Every individual on the team plays an important role in the success of client implementation processes. We are successful as a team when our clients are successful.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Technical Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for working with internal clients analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables to successfully complete the implementation, assisting internal customers as needed, gathering appropriate data or content, coordinating with other departments, and serving as a subject matter expert for implementation best practices on the product or service you are supporting. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Implementations.

The Implementation Analyst is expected to:

  • Have a thorough understanding of all implementation and conversion related processes
  • Master the skills required to analyze data and data related issues
  • Understand and perform implementation related SQL/Postgres tasks
  • Generate SQL/Postgress queries and functions
  • Provide post migration support for clients experiencing difficulty immediately following the conversion process
  • Provide QA support for Product and other teams
  • Troubleshoot/solve implementation related integration, network, and data issues

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Manage implementation appropriately to meet release dates
  • Provide superior customer service to all customers
  • Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of implementations
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of each product for which they are responsible
  • Interpret and understand client business requirements
  • Assist in determining best practices for setup and configuration to achieve desired result
  • Conduct reviews to confirm acceptance of data and configuration
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications
  • Update activity records timely and accurately to ensure accurate reporting and client billing
  • Manage defect or problem resolution to drive implementations to completion
  • Notify management of any complications, missing data or system defects that might delay the implementation
  • Identify and assist development with resolution and enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects
  • Perform testing on new workflow, scripts, or solutions prior to implementation
  • Resolve issues and answer questions from customers
  • Collaborate regularly with other departments to improve processes or procedures
  • Ensure appropriate hand-offs and communication with Engagement Managers, Consultants and Account Management
  • Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and procedures
  • Provide training for new staff members regarding daily processes and associated administrative functions
  • Provide Post Migration support to clients experiencing issues resulting from the conversion process.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Understanding of networks and network permissions at a high level
  • 1-2 years' experience writing MS T-SQL (joins, string functions, etc.)
  • Postgres familiarity
  • High in problem solving skills
  • Integration's experience
  • Experience creating automated or long-term solutions for daily processes and problems
  • Ability to support various departments and users researching complex underlying data
  • Flexibility to work in a team environment but also own individual projects with deadlines
  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with external customers and internal business partners
  • A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure deliverables are met
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and SalesForce

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or technology related field
  • 3+ years of experience writing using/writing queries in Microsoft SQL and/or Postgres/MySQL
  • 3+ years of experience working in software implementations
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office products #LI-RR #LI-REMOTE
