As a Workday Conversion Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:

• Gathering business requirements
• Build consensus around business processes and design
• Technical capabilities
• Experience with Java
• Experience with any integration or middleware

Qualifications

Required:

• IT Experience
• Java experience or any middleware experience
• Experience with conversions
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must live near, or relocate to one of our three delivery center locations (Gilbert, AZ, Lake Mary, FL, or Mechanicsburg, PA)

Preferred:

• Workday experience
• CIS or MIS degree
