We are looking for an exceptional Technical Analyst to work with our cross-functional team, and join our world-class community of talented experts. Core to this need are expertise in:

  • In the integration engineer role, you will assimilate discrete systems utilizing a variety of techniques such as computer networking, scripting, using proprietary and third-party enterprise applications, and business process management. In your daily work with the client, you will gain and later leverage your in-depth understanding of these interconnected systems and applications to perform discovery for, and analysis of, potential solutions for a shared service team focused on scaled automation. Your success in this role is strongly tied to your ability and excitement to solve compelex problems, quickly learn about new technologies & applications then apply that knowledge, and your perseverence in seeking and finding answers.
    Overall experience level: 2-4 years
    Experience:
    BS in Engineering, Mathematics, or similar fields
    Proficiency with Unix/Linux command line interface, e.g. simple bash scripting
    Some experience with a scripting or functional programming language
    Familiarity with REST APIs is a plus
    Previous experience with Splunk is a plus
    Industry experience in telecommunications is a plus

Ideally you will also have:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Physics or Mathematics (Graduate Degree always is a plus)
  • An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment
  • A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication
  • A natural curiosity for new scripting languages , frameworks and technologies 
  • High personal code/development standards (peer testing, unit testing, documentation, etc)
