About The Role

An ideal Technical Operations Analyst will be responsible for helping maintain and improve the technology monitoring and operations of various DriveWealth applications.  This role will participate in daily operational activities and will work cross functionally, ensuring all departments are able to successfully perform their job functions while leveraging technology. The Technical Operations Analyst will report to the Head of Technical Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Actively monitor various DriveWealth applications
  • Maintain and build new monitors along with supporting documents. Work with the team to identify the new monitors.
  • Work with the team to manage incidents based on the defined Incident Management process and also assist with recovery. Assist with Problem Management
  • Be the point of contact with various vendors and manage internal communications
  • Participate in the CAB call to ensure that the new changes meet all the requirements before being deployed to production
  • Own and independently resolve production issues
  • Respond to partner tickets in a timely manner per the defined processes
  • Participate in production deployment and post deployment validations
  • Participate in the on call process
  • Further define and develop enhancements to existing operational workflows

What You’ll Need

  • Debugging experience with modern REST API's
  • Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA Service Desk and Confluence
  • Experience with Incident ITSM processes, Incident Management, Change Management etc.
  • Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions
  • Effective communication both verbal and written with multiple levels of an organization which will include both technical and non-technical communication styles
  • Experience in scripting or coding is a plus (Python, R, JS, etc.)
  • Thoughtful, patient, and direct communicator
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
