Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Tech Analyst joining our Technology Operations Center team, you will play an integral part in providing operational assistance, direction and support for infrastructure and application areas across the enterprise!

The schedule and hours required for this position would be Saturday/Sunday 11:45am-12:15am, Thursday/Friday 7:45am-4:15pm.

Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you'll do:

      • Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and providing technical support for systems infrastructure.
      • Provide leadership in areas of expertise throughout all phases of the system life-cycle. Participate in quality improvements, and actively involved in strategic planning.
      • Oversee team to ensure teams provide beneficial results for the business. Leverage metrics to support decision making.
      • Look for, and encourage team to look for, opportunities to collaborate with internal business partners to enhance partnership opportunities.
      • Ensure consistent execution of ITSM and operational processes for the enterprise.
      • Encourage team to consistently provide excellent customer service.
      • Provide infrastructure expertise to maximize effectiveness.
      • Identify projects/initiatives for continuous improvement of technology operations. Recommend and/or assign key subject matter experts and drive activities to ensure execution.
      • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members. Provide feedback concerning completeness, accuracy, reliability and testability of systems.
      • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) and 1+ years of equivalent experience required
  • Ability to obtain certification(s) in an IT-related field is a plus
  • Advanced technical knowledge and support experience required
  • Advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required
  • Basic presentation and leadership skills preferred
  • Must be able to effectively communicate technical plans, strategies and designs to all levels of the company
  • Excellent time management skills preferred



Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range

$58700 - $114000 / year

Hours

The schedule and hours required for this position would be Saturday/Sunday 11:45am-12:15am, Thursday/Friday 7:45am-4:15pm. This position may require on-call responsibilities.

Work Environments

This role offers the ability for in-office and hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek). You'll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
