Position Overview:
The Partner Integration Business Analyst Team Lead will lead a team of analysts who are the primary face of Paylocity for our partners. They will lead and develop members of a team which meets with potential and existing partners to evaluate feasibility of, define, and drive all new relationships. They will also be responsible for evaluating integrations to determine if and how our organization as a whole can support the relationship on an ongoing basis. They may also be called in to understand, define, and drive requests by our largest customers to integrate with their internal systems...where the Partner Integrations will be used in development of the final solution. Lastly, we expect this position to become the subject matter expert in Partner integrations and then help define technical requirements in Web Pay, Web Link, DI and other related Paylocity systems to support integrations as they exist and in the future.
Primary Responsibilities

  • The below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed.   • Management of the operations for their designated team
  • Schedule and assign work requests to team members as appropriate.
  • Act as a liaison to other groups and departments to support team initiatives.
  • Identify and work to remove obstacles that team members face in accomplishing their tasks.
  • Help manager develop interview questionnaires and hire new staff.
  • Supervising the work of their assigned group on a day to day basis which may include delegation of work assignments to various team members
  • Provide training and assist with coaching and development of new and existing team members
  • Facilitate business or team update communications through regularly occurring meetings, 1:1s or team huddles
  • Are expected to provide input and recommendations to managers in the areas of performance management, promotional opportunities, employee terminations and performance issues which are generally followed by the manager
  • Compiling performance metrics for team to be delivered to the team manager
  • Developing and collaborating with management on best practices and ways to improve the team's performance
  • Handling escalated client/departmental issues and deciding what, if anything, to do or offer to achieve resolution

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least two years of experience in a business analyst role
  • At least five years of experience in Payroll, HR or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of the data interface functional space.
  • Experience defining software requirements preferred
  • Experience working with company to company file transfers preferred
  • Knowledge of EDI/XML file security preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of FTP/SFTP
  • Knowledge of API's preferred

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position in Colorado is $78,366- $111,383/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a comprehensive variable compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
