WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Ultimately, you will help shape the future of our company and enhance our effort to attract, recruit, and hire a diverse and talented group of individuals across the US & Europe to enhance our remote-first company.

  • You will utilize strong research skills to find and attract candidates, and you can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibility: owning and driving top of funnel candidate pipeline, partnering in hiring strategy, leading first-in-kind searches, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. 
  • Advocate for Diversity, Equitability and Inclusion (DEI) in the hiring process and ensure all of your candidate pipelines are representative of the talent market.
  • Leveraging a variety of sourcing platforms, you create shortlists of diverse talent (Software Engineers, Technical Architects, DevOps, Infrastructure architects, etc)
  • Be an active member of the intake meetings with hiring managers and recruiters
  • Engage passive talent by composing compelling messaging that highlights the exciting technical challenges and impact of the role
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry by building talent communities and pools with our CRM
  • In addition to Sourcing, you will own communication to our Talent Pipeline through our CRM and Social Channels
  • You will leverage SMEs around the company to curate compelling content and your creativity to make it engaging for our Talent Communities to consume.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE:

  • 2 plus years of relevant experience in a sourcing role, agency recruiting or outbound lead gen Marketing position; experience recruiting in a high-growth or an agency environment is a plus; on tech positions is preferred
  • Have experience using advanced sourcing tools to identify, attract, and engage passive, qualified top talents
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive nature for keeping stakeholders up to date.
  • Experienced collaborating across a variety of groups and flexibility in fulfilling multiple roles
