The Role:

As a member of the Corporate FP&A team, you should expect to be an active participant working with finance leaders in reporting financial performance and KPIs. The Finance department supports the DailyPay Executive Management team in forecasting, budgeting, and decision support for all business lines. In this role you will focus on leveraging data and analytics for the preparation, and distribution of financial metrics, and KPIs.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Responsible for preparing ongoing dashboards and scorecards via Tableau
  • Understand internal business partner needs and deliver value by creating appropriate data driven insights and visualizations
  • Use data and analytics to create meaningful stories. Through data, provide inferences and insights to facilitate development of strategy, work force planning, see opportunities and present recurring themes
  • Proficient in working with large-scale business data sets using SQL, Snowflake, or Metabase
  • Lead the creation and analysis of monthly reports 
  • Working in a team environment and providing support to other team members

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with Tableau, preferably in the finance space
  • Experience with SQL/ Snowflake/Metabase
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, VBA skill is a plus
  • Excellent project management, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; must be comfortable working cross-functionally with people at multiple levels 
  • Ability to work in and be comfortable with fast paced, fluid environment
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and completes all projects with high energy and ability to prioritize and take ownership
  • Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
  • Knowledge of Anaplan is a plus
