Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global approach to business and market research, competitive intelligence and talent mapping to meet our immediate and long term hiring needs
Implement actionable, results-driven strategies that both inform and create our global talent plans in different ways
- Design and evolve a tech ecosystem that provides a seamless and future proof experience both for our external candidates and our internal talent team
- Accountable for the TA data and information security architecture ensuring rigour and compliance to governance processes
- Work with the Global- Head of Talent to provide business leaders with market and business insights that are holistic, yet locally relevant
- Work with the Global Head of Talent to develop data driven go to market strategies that reach new talent in new ways
- Develop a suite of reporting analytics to provide real time insights and actionable recommendations for each business leader
- Measure impact and cost from internal and external data points to drive value of the talent team through our organization
- Identify challenges and threats, developing different solutions to each that will inform and drive our evolving talent strategies
- Drive the team to proactively identify opportunities to simplify internal processes and regular reporting and analysis to enable simple ways to deliver on the needs of the business
Skills:
- 5+ years working in a data analytics, data science or TA data role
- Deep experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in the technology industry

Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in data science, human resources, or equivalent
