Systems Integration Analyst
Description
SAIC is currently hiring a Systems Integration Analyst for the The Black Hawk Aircrew Trainer (BAT) project. This position will be supporting the UH-60M BAT Program located in Huntsville, Alabama.
Job Description:
The selected candidate will perform direct product development and support that will require various electro-mechanical activities, design assembly improvements, as well as the development and test of frame structures, UH-60M tactical hardware products and their associated wiring/interconnects, guidance and control subsystems for aircraft and related systems.
The candidate will additionally support analytical analysis of various types of aerospace products, equipment specifications and assembly/test/integration requirements to determine optimization of designs, which can be produced by existing manufacturing/assembly/integration tools/facilities and methods.
A strong form, fit and function background with airframe structure design modification is a plus.
Position will require strong hardware and UH-60 cockpit development skills, including experience in product development to defined standards and processes. An understanding and ability to communicate within cross functional technical team of electrical and mechanical disciplines is desired for this position. Crew chief experience is highly desired.
This position is estimated at 10-20% travel.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree and two (2) years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Required Clearance:
- An Interim Secret Clearance is required to begin employment; a Secret Security Clearance is required to maintain employment
- US citizenship is required
Required Skills:
- The position requires knowledge and understanding of maintenance principles and processes
- Physical ability to lift and carry fifty (50) lbs
