Description

SAIC is seeking a Senior System Integration Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, AL.

The Senior System Integration Analyst will be in support of the Air and Missile Defense Planning and Control System (AMDPCS) Program Directorate. The AMDPCS Program Directorate is an Army Objective Force system that provides integration of Air and Missile Defense operations at all echelons.

The selected candidate will participate as part of a team focused on planning, coordination and operation of AMDPCS Air Defense Systems during Joint and Army Interoperability Testing (JIT/AIC) and System Certification Testing (SCT). The goal is to provide the Warfighter with latest and most accurate situational tools they need to execute their mission. The candidate needs to be able to successfully integrate Air Defense Systems, test, and perform system analysis utilizing system DERG functions and other data analysis tools. Candidate needs to have expert knowledge of J-Series Messaging and Military Tactical Data Link Standards (MIL-STD) 6016, 6020 and 3011. Duties include review of Interface Change Documents (ICD) related to AMDPCS System of Systems, configuration and initialization of tactical systems, test tools, communications systems, and operations during test execution. Additional duties include participating in IPT and Working Group meetings.

Qualifications

Education Requirement: BS degree and at least 5 years of related experience; 4 years' experience is accepted in lieu of degree.

Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizen with an Active DoD Secret clearance. Higher clearance accepted

Required Skills:

  • Experience with FAAD C2, AMDWS, TAIS, MIDS, JTIDS, EPLRS, FDL, and RES is required.
  • Working knowledge of MIL-STD 6016, 6020 and 3011.
  • Working experience with Joint Service/Agency Tactical Data Link Interoperability Military Standards is also required.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with military radars and/or sensor simulations are highly desired.
