SYSTEMS ANALYST, SENIOR

PPG Industries, Inc. seeks a Systems Analyst, Senior in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania responsible for providing Oracle-based solutions including technical expertise in the applications development, maintenance, and implementation of Oracle EBS R12. Specific duties include: (i) collaborating with customers, staff members, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to understand detailed customer requirements and system interfaces; (ii) providing technical specifications; (iii) developing and, then, deploying viable system solutions; and (iv) handling both complex project and production support work.

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a directly related discipline plus three (3) years of experience in an Oracle-based directly related position required.

Experience must include (can be concurrent) three (3) years with each of the following: (i) Oracle EBS application development tools (including PL/SQL and SQL*Plus) and Oracle Forms, Workflow, and BI Publisher; (ii) an Oracle EBS Function area (such as financials, purchasing, inventory, process manufacturing, order management, or warehouse management); (iii) change management tools and processes including TFS source code control and release management; (iv) conducting unit and functional testing; (v) Oracle labeling and Loftware; and (vi) Oracle quality management.
