Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides effective application platform support for assigned applications
• Determines opportunities to improve the stability and performance of applications
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to positively impact application platform stability and performance
• Contributes to the resolution of incidents and problems
• Understands and works within change management processes and policies
• Coordinates application changes with business and IT stakeholders
• Pro-actively monitors application platforms
• Complies with application security guidelines and works to ensure application security measures are followed
• Uses prior experience to develop solutions for the future
• Pro-actively identifies application support patterns or issues and researches the root-cause to improve overall application qualit

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of production application support experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting Windows Server environments
• 3+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting application incidents and/or problems
• 3+ years working with application/database relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Azure Cloud environments
• Experience working with automation tools
• Knowledge of VUE, SQL database, Kafka, JAVA, Python, AdTempus, PowerShell
• History of working with regulatory Sox / PCI compliance requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively through documentation and team interactions
• Ability to work in cross functional teams
